Tells you in a voicemail they have legal paperwork and they are going to garnish my wages and put a lien on my acct

I get called multiple times each day from different numbers stating they have paperwork with my name and social and are filing to have my wages garnished and bank account levied. I have zero collections on me…I refuse to call back. My blocked list is getting longer and longer. 🤣

If I’m really bored I like to answer them and tell them Im waiting on the “local law enforcement “ to pick me up. I give them a bogus social and they swear I owe them. Such a scam

Today March 9th. 2022, These call my number as Restricted. Left a Message. "Saying I took a Loan back in 2013 for over $2000. Threaten take over my Bank Acct.

Caller said he had my social and retained for wage garnishment & bank lien to call back 949-668-0070. No name of company and no other information given. They are full of it and will not happen.

Got a voicemail telling me about some trouble with my Social Security number and this “company” has been retained to process legal paperwork under my SS number. After reading comments on here other people are having the same problem. Why can’t something be done about this??

Have fun with them..I gave a fake name and random social. They still somehow "found me" and claimed I owed money to a credit card, but never said which one lmao.. It was a fun call at best.. BUT if you're looking this up, it's a scare tactic. Nobody is looking for you. They are looking for anyone who answers the phone apparently lol.

Keeps calling won't say who they are looking for lol but yet leaves messages threatening wage garnishments for Whom we still have yet to find out. Guess I'll play games with them next time they call lol 😅 they sure as XXXXX seem to enjoy playing them

These are my favorite calls because I get to sit around and mess with them while I’m driving with my headset on. Helps pass the time and really XXXXX them off when I pretend that I don’t understand or keep asking them to repeat themselves. If you looked this number up, it’s a scam and just ignore it. Nobody is after you.

Says I owe 199. And will be reported to the 3 major credit card reporting companies, never said what the bill was for, or from whom

Did not say who they were, who they were attempting to contact, the number that came up on the caller Id Was not the same as the one they said to call back. Scare tactic used saying it would be reported to all 3 credit bureaus. The number that showed up was from XXXX XXXX XXX (757)330-XXX.
