I blocked their number using the iPhone call block feature. I get 6 voicemails a day with the robocall beep in the message. They seem pretty relentless
I made an inquiry to my credit card company (known to be the largest in the world) and the phone was answered by a call center in India. Next day I received a phone call from this number and the woman wanted me to send her USD2500 to enrol me in a world wide professionals network. I am sure that, The call center in India sold my data to this scammer because I use a certain middle name for this credit card and never used it anywhere else. She also knew quite a bit of my personal information.
I don't know why these people keep on calling. It appears that they got my number from LinkedIn through their advert there for registration to a professional group. Its a scam. The person calls you, Tells you she is calling from the platform which you applied membership into, Then asks a few questions on your career (typical questions while doing an interview), Then says.. Well Congrats.. You are Now a Member... And asks to confirm your email to send you the information about the other members i
They asked me all of my curricula and then they proposed me to enter a network in which I had to pay 500 $ per year or 2500 $ in a row for lifetime membership.
FORTUNATELY, The line dropped down, And they never called me back again.
Hope they've died.
4-6 calls per day, I never answer and they never leave a voice message. Sometimes there are background sounds that make it seem like the call is being made by someone in a car.
They want to list you in a network and finally they want your credit card number and bill 500 $. Very persistent and they get angry when you do not agree. To my opinion FRAUD
