I know there’s a ton of spam alerts on here for this number, but it’s actually a legit billing service. When you go to a hospital or emergency room, many times the attending physicians are not a part of the hospitals network. They are considered out- of-network and bill separately than the hospital. To verify, I called the billing department at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, where my husband received service, and they verified that this phone number is for the out-of-network ph
The fact that this people have information about when and what hospital you visited, phone number and name is insane. How do they get this information? Anyways, yes scam I already paid the bill so I check online to make sure this number was legit.
Just got a test with a bill that my insurance denied. It did not have an account number but the dates of my ER visit and name was accurate. It is scary how these folks got the information. Be vigilant!
I got a text from this company which had my ER dates and my daughters info on a fake bill. I had already paid our hospital bill so was confused. I found our old bill and noticed the number to call to pay was completely different and so then I realized it was a scam, the only reason I thought it was legitimate at first is I have received texts from our hospital before about setting up an online account but it’s never been about bills. This is really scary that this scam company has this much accu
Possible scam? I had definitely paid this medical bill off in full but now am receiving texts with this number attached, claiming that my bill is “now ready”. It gave me the location of the hospital, the day I went, etc. I wasn’t texted directly from this number, but the number was listed as one I should call for questions. It was different from the actual texts for the bill I had gotten before, which had given me the name of the hospital along with the location, and also had vastly different wo
Yes unfortunately this is a billing scam. They do have enough information to sound like a legitimate company. They only need a little more to wreak your life. Where they find out you were in the hospital a when is suspicious.
This number is still being used in an ongoing scam. They claim you have a bill due from a recent visit or from sometime in the past. Some of the information may be closely accurate to when you went. But, hospitals do not use txt or calls to remind you of bills. They send out their notices by mail. Always call said hospital before paying any medical or emergency room bills. Confirm with hospital about your account by actually getting the proper contact information and account details. Do not clic
SCAM - texting me claiming that I had outstanding medical bills rom an ER visit I had last year. They had my date of service, name, etc. I called the hospital and they said they do not text and that I had already paid my bill in full.
Text message claiming to be a physician bill from the hospital we're I received treatment... But after calling the hospital they confirmed that they don't bill by texting. I never clicked the link in the text, or called the number provided by the text. 👎 the scammers think they're slick.
Text. Was claiming to be a doctor from a hospital. Bill due. Had name and admit date and phone number only. I called the number they gave and got suspicious. Hung up and called the hospital. The account number was not one of theirs and the hospital said their doctors do not use text or calls for bills. And it was not a number their doctors used. They warned me there are scams where a limited amount of patient information is compromised. It was basically the info listed on the hospital b
Received a text message stating that I would now be receiving my hospital visit's physician statement via text, and provided this number to call for help. The text had the date that I had visited a hospital, as well as the real hospital's. A second text message was received with a link to a payment website (cuesquared) with a phony statement, but no doctor information or details on what I was being billed for.
Received a text message stating a person in my family and that a doctor bill statement was ready to call this number. Moments later another text was received for me to click a link. All of which is nonsense due to the fact not a single person lives near that hospital or has used it.
Emailed me for $1500 physician bill at a hospital I was treated months ago and insurance had paid already. Red flag, no acct #, no physician name etc just told to call this number.
Sent me a fake hospital bill in a text to my phone with this number as a customer service number. Bill had my personal info correct but a fake account number. Billed for physician services during a real hospital visit but Doctor's name was not included. 1st red flag was a text to the phone, 2nd red flag no doctor's name. Scam confirmed when account number wasn't recognized by the hospital.
