Free caller ID

The caller gave a first name, Which I don’t remember, And said they were calling from my Anesthesia doctor and needed to clear up some old records. They wanted me to give them personal information. The name of the company was unknown and after trying to get an understanding of who they were, The individual said they were trying to keep my bill from going to collections. I said that was not possible and they said they could not help me and hung up.
