Scam call! Its not Bank of America. I called B of A fraud dept and they had no record of the claim or call or anything! Dont answer, dont call them back! Theres a fraud alert at B of A now in case these lowlifes try anything! If you get a call and they leave a number, call 1-800-432-1000 B of A fraud dept NOT the phone number they leave you!

I applied for a CC. My credit was frozen and they needed it unfrozen in order to process my application. I had been approved already, but having my actual credit history significantly increased my credit limit. Also Experian alerted me that BoA had done an inquiry. It’s legit.
