We received 4 unauthorized charges from Rue Fit. This is the Customer Service number our bank provided. Called too many times - each time the connection had so much background noise and the person talked very softly you could not hear. I did shout loud enough to get them to agree to credit our account - they credited 1 of the 4 charges. Made over 20 attempts to get through to them to credit the other 3 - either phone went dead after being picked up or the person hung up on me.
