They are a big scammer. Claim they are with Microsoft and that your computer is sending out bad something. They want access to your computer so they can show you the bad stuff on your computer. Warning. The most recent call I got the ID # shows MS SUPPORT 1-888-602-XXXXX. If you talk to them they sound like they are from Jamaica. Fairly good English. They have been calling me off and on for 10 years.
