Received a postcard with no company name than “Motor Vehicle Services Notification” threatening to change my vehicle status to [High-Risk potential “Pre-Existing” conditions with mechanical or electrical issues on vehicle] and giving me a week to contact them at this number or I would be responsible for all repairs on my vehicle. Called and they asked for mileage and VIN which I did not have. I called back and a different man than the one I had originally talked to knew my full name immediately
Got a postcard asking for an immediate response to get “uninterrupted protection” for my vehicle or else “neglecting to update your protection program will result in 100% out of pocket repair costs.” Looks legit, it isn’t. Total scam.
Received a postcard from "Motor Vehicles Services." It had my car's year, make and model The we just purchased less than 60 days ago. The notification said if I didn't respond by the deadline my car would not be under warranty anymore and would be considered to have "high risk potential for 'pre existing conditions' with mechanical or electrical issues on vehicle." The postage paid square said "San Diego, California permit No. 3601"
