Voicemail left on my phone asked for return call, and gave me a PIN. I've called back before, and they always ask for full name, date of birth and last 4 digits of social security number. I don't know if this really is Health Net, so I won't call that number back, but I will call the number on my insurance card to verify it's actually Health Net.
BEWARE When I called back, Prior to entering a 'security code' provided by the robo-caller, I was asked to confirm my name then enter my full birth date. No legitimate caller will ever ask for that. NEVER provide birth date, Social security number (not even the last 4 digits), Or any identifying information, Unless you initiated the call, Then call ONLY the phone number on your insurance card.
On 11/10/20 automated call it says it's from Health Net, Left voicemail to call back. When i called back it asked if i was first and last name... Then it asked for date of birth. I dont think so... I hung up. No info given to robocall / scams
