They emailed me and said I won an I phone and only had to pay $1. 00 shipping & handling. They charged me 39. 99 for a chance to win many prizes. I called them back immediately and asked to cancel this order and they refused. I filed a formal complaint with my bank. I felt like a complete fool. I copied all my letters from them.

You were supposed to do this survey and they would reward you with your choice only pay shipping. Now I know there's no such thing they got me for another $40 when I was supposed to pay $19 something for shipping and it was all mine.

Scammed me by using a website with a Best Buy logo. Says you win PS5 and only pay $2 for shipping. Trusted it because it looked like a Best Buy site. Charged $39. 99. CS Rep and info about PS5 super sketchy. Multiple complaints involving this number and the websites it's connected to.
