Third postcard I've received saying I have not activated my car warranty. Just bought my new car in November. Receive at least 2 call a a day from these people. Is there a legal action I can take to stop the harassment?
Several postcards & calls saying my vehicle warranty is expired. I don't have a vehicle that has a warranty, Never did. The voice on the voicemail is the same voice from the Social Security scammer voicemails that said they were coming to my house to get me to sign a release.
They are a extended car warranty company supposedly based out of Missouri or so they say. Got a postcard in the mail saying that their records indicate that I have not contacted them about acttivating my cars warranty. My Hyundai has 4 more years of warranty. They keep calling and leaving messages. I wish they would just leave me alone. Postcards give the impression, Your factory warranty, Has never been activated.
Received post card telling me to activate warranty coverage. Already have warranty on car. Have received various calls from numbers associated with this scam!!
