Free caller ID

Totally freaked me out until I looked the number up. He was talking so fast, could not understand his name or where he worked. Said he needs to talk to me or my attorney about a legal claim against me. Even gave a case #. Haven't done nothing wrong to have a claim against me. Even more scary left a voicemail on my husband phone for me to call back!

This number called me asking about one of my family members, was very concerned cause at the moment said person is involved in some sketchy stuff. Couldn’t hear most of the message cause the person talking speaks so fast, saying just enough clearly to tell you the scary concerning parts. Glad I looked up the number or else i’d have been really freaked out. Just another XXXXX scam call….

I just got a phone call from this scam as well. She talked so fast when saying the name of the company you couldnt understand it. They said there is a civil complaint attached to my name... Okay... A$$holes need to get a real job. 🤬🤬

I am not the target, my significant other is the target. The creepy part, they address me by my maiden name, which I haven't used in almost 20 years. The name of the "attorney's" office is garbled and the woman speaks quickly to intentionally garble that information. I am very unsettled that this scam seeks to create fear from friends/family of the target to increase the urgency for the actual target to reply, and involves friends and family in the scam, further increasing their target potential
