It's definitely the collections arm of American Express, I verified it. Not a scam, But I don't deal with collectors so they are BLOCKED and I will not answer going forward unless the call is from a number I recognize.

The number 877-434-3248 is a 100% Scam. First they say they are American Express, When I caught them in that lie, They changed and said they are Nationwide Credit and they work with American Express. They send out fake letters and try to trick people out of money. DON'T FALL FOR IT! Report them to the authorities!
