Claimed they were giving me a free device from comcast - when I asked if I would be able to do this through the comcast website because I was uncomfortable sharing information over the phone to a number I did not know she became very defensive claiming that my account information was up in front of her. She also said I should know it was real because it was a real person talking to me and not a robot.

Claiming to be an Comcast/Xfinity representative offering a "free internet boost." I was suspicious so I hung up and called Comcast's actual number, They had no clue what I was talking about.
