I keep getting calls telling me that I owe $206. 88 for a product I ordered and did not pay for back in May 10, 2021 at an address that I no longer use over 500 miles from my current location. They call several times per week from a cloned robo number that always changes and if you call back does not work. I told them I wanted the company name, address, and phone number and this is what I received: Firmex, 872 S. River Rd, St George UT 87942 with the number of 877. 205. 7242. Zillow says this m

That exact thing happened to me just this recently but I had a real person telling me that I owe them money for buy a product I never bought with a bogus card to an address I no longer live at.

20 minutes on the phone with ”Magnetic Biotin Complex” telling me that in Feb of 2021 I had their products sent to an address in Springfield Missouri. It is my old address but years after I moved from there. They said they are going to start sending the monthly subscription because I won’t pay for the products I got that day. Kept calling saying I ordered from the biotin beard company in 2020. They have an old address, email address, and last 4 of an old debit card. They refuse to give an email address, send an invoice, or give a website name. They claim their address is 782 South River Rd. St. George Utah but this isn’t true I looked up the address. I got their toll free number: 877-205-7152 and now I call them when I have free time just to ask pointless questions until they get mad and hang up

Scammers calls to say you purchased a product in 2020. They told me keto company that I purchased weight loss shipments. Total scam. Said rest of shipments on hold until I pay the bslance. Credit card declined. They will send cancelation omce I pay. No info given. I blocked and hung up.

Same thing just happened to me. They clearly have my old address, last four of a credit card I used to have and an old email. They called saying that I had an unpaid subscription that I owed money for back in 2020. Then today was the last day before they "expedite the situation." I asked for email confirmation and the name of the company which they would not produce. The woman I talked to told me to ask for Samantha Garcia.

Scam... Claiming I purchased and had to make payment or I would be turned into collections on purchase I have never purchased. When I asked for email verification they refused. Just hang up

Saying I owe money from something that I’ve ordered in January 2021 and I’ve never ordered from this company before saying they will take it to the IRS if I don’t pay my remaining balance today

They said that I ordered something two years ago and didn't stop the trail. Now, I have to pay $268. 56, right now today. Or else they are going to ship more product and rack up debt. They have an old address but not an old card number. They were very pushy and got rude when I tried asking questions. They said they sent emails, but none were found. I also got two company names one Biobin Complex Company and Magnetic Hair Agnon Hair Oil or something like that. Two things I wouldn't have ordered.

Claming to be a Biosilk free trial and that I was in collection for...? My failure to cancel made me have to play a cancelation payment. Also I signed up for it 2 years ago in 2020 and that I need to pay them a balance which was for products they said I didn't receive then turn to say I did. Received calls from xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxxxxxxfrom "Biotin Beard Company" on 9/2/2022 about a transaction that allegedly occurred on 8/30/2022. Would not send a billing statement. Would only accept payment over the phone; did not provide an alternative method. Searched google for the company name and the search yielded zero results. They gave me a customer service phone number: xxxxxxxxxxxxx. I searched google for that number, and that's how I found this site. Total scam.

Similar experience as the others here. They keep calling me claiming I entered a subscription in January of 2021 for a product I have never heard of. They said the card on file was an old card and the address they provided me with I have not lived at in over 5 years. This is the number they provide when you ask for the company number, but they typically call from a local area code. Definitely a scam

This is the phone number the "representative" gave me when I questioned the validity of the supposed past due charges (2 years ago) to a company that I have never ordered from. They didn't even have the correct last 4 of my card number and could not confirm a shipping address. The number that called me, though, had the correct 804 area code for Richmond, Va. Watch out people!

I also have had a similar experience where they said I made a purchase in December of 2022. They have an old address and the last 4 of a card number (si haven’t verified to see if it’s an old card of mine or not). They say I owe money for a subscription I never ordered. They have been calling many times.

I got the same rude call about a buying a subscription 2 years. The girl on the phone would not give any information on the company and was very rude.

Very rude & Aggressive calls from my area code in Illinois starting July 21st: Claiming I purchased product & do I want to cancel my subscription? Got a call saying I had an outstanding balance for a product I didn't order. They had my email address and home address as well as the last 4 digits of a credit card that I rarely use. They threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay the balance. I asked for their email address and phone number and they gave me the following: ketosupplementhealth@gmail. Com 877-205-7152 Called my credit card company and they said it sounded like a phishing scam.
