I didn't authorize this merchant to charge my card for 19. 99 for a subscription which they have taken out in May and June. I was told by a representative from my Lyft Direct card that I was to late for them to help but gave me this number to try and resolve this issue with the merchant themselves. There was a charge on my credit card from this number and i did not authorize it and when i call it, i received a recording that it's being checked for trouble
They took money from my bank account and I did not authorizer it. I call the phone number above and it's some recording. I cannot get through at all. I need my account reimbursed; I did not order anything from them. They do not answer; it is just a recording.
