Woman called telling me I owed money, When I started asking questions about it she became hostile with me. When i asked for a supervisor he was worse, The tone in which he talked to me, And the way he was speaking to me makes me wonder if this is a professional company or not. I understand collections but to belittle someone is not the way to do that job. I am still trying to find out if this "LCR" company is valid or not
