I got a call from this number for ESL fraud protection, I then called ESL and they did verify that the call was legit and from them, but then I got a call from the same number from someone and they said hello, I asked who it was, they said their name and then just hung up. It is possible to call someone and have it appear to come from another phone number, so there does seem to be someone trying to scam ESL memebers by having their members think they are being called from the legit number when
