Free spam call blocker

Text messages said someone tried to use my Debit card, and that they were investigating possible fraud; but listed an old card number. Claimed to be a 3rd party working for TD Bank. Messages asked me to call them, but they called me, asked me for my name. Suspicious, I refused to give information, and called TD Bank, who said they don't use a 3rd party, that my account had no issues, they never include any part of card number in communications.
