Come back and ask for your name and address and then put you on longer hold. After they come back and say, So now I need your credit card number. They are trying to sell you an insurance package for your electronics system: television, And Spectrum equipment cable boxes, Routers, Modems etc... For just $9. 99 month. You never get to talk
