I was supposed to have my appointment between 12 and 5 nobody called me and then I called the 855 number then something a recording till me that it was going to be between 3:45 and 6:45 now it is 5:30 and I am told that it's going to be between 6:15 and 7:30 and approximately 3 hours for the service nobody gets their service done until 10 at night what the hell is going

This number 👌 was an automated call letting me know that our DISH Network repairman was running an hour early, And now to let us know he is on time still with that newer time us how to access a real time map showingwhenhe leaves and a photo so we feel safe letting him into the house. I am very glad I took the calls or we wouldn't have been ready for him.
