Pretended to be DirectTV about a 50% off deal. I called just because I want to cancel my DirectTV. The guy I spoke to asked why I want to cancel and I said I don't use it, And he responded in an unfriendly tone that I'm in a contract and called me XXXXXX. I said my name isn't XXXX and he hung up. When I called again, The same guy answered and said "DirectTV. How can I help you, XXXXX? "
