“Regina Thomas” called saying she was an independent locator working for “The Office of Capital” and they located me as a 3rd party relative for one of my family members and she had a pending court case against her. That she needed to call 1-855-232-XXXX with a case # before they showed up at her home or job to physically locate her. Super aggressive and vague.

I answered the phone and they said the name of the company is capitol. I didn't locate any information on the company but according to them i have committed fraud (never). I never received any paper work from them and according to them they will be garnishing my check and doing something to my social security. 🤷
