Reddit says it is a Legit number however I don’t see how they can help you when they’re located in India apparently it’s to save money from sending out somebody to service your equipment

Extremely confused about this one. I was JUST talking to xfinity today and have an appointment set up for tomorrow with a tech. Then I get a call a few hours later from this number but my phone flagged it as “scam likely”. So I didn’t answer. They left a voicemail claiming to be Comcast. I called back and an Indian woman asked for my name and address to pull up my account. I told her that I first wanted to verify that she was with xfinity. She said “no no no, we’re with xfinity, what’s your addr
