Started harassing me 12/16. Found out through lists like these. They are just targeting the phone number. The previous owner of this number received the same treatment. Almost word for word. All the info they use against you is public domain. Pathetic. Filed complaints with numerous agencies and a law firm that specializes in this scam operation.
