Scam text.. Cash app.. Claiming they sent you money

Scam text asking for more info to verify identity & to click a link. I’m not using cash app.

I'm getting notifications on my new phone saying this person requested x amount of money and this person sent me x amount. And here's the massive kicker, I don't even have cashapp installed on this phone.

Whoever is behind this number is a XXXXXX XXXXXX. My phone number not even connected to cashapp but they keep texting me talking about my card is locked and a withdrawal transaction was declined because my card is locked. Clown ass fools, THE TRANSACTION DECLINED OR NOT WOULD ACTUALLY SHOW UP ON YOUR CASHAPP. Yall just tryna scam and to XXXXXX dumb to do it

CashApp scam. They sent me money on CashApp, and immediately sent a CashApp request for the money back. The transaction showed as pending. I did NOT see a refund option. Then THEY CALLED ME. I asked how they got my number, and they said CashApp have it to them, which was OBVIOUSLY A LIE. By the time I called CashApp, they said it was too late for CashApp to send the money back. But of course CashApp said that they DO NOT give out client info, including phone numbers. This 833-417-2274 n

She is requesting $300. 00 to open a cash app to approve or decline money so I locked her number.

Messages from this person saying that she sent me $1, 000 "for get the rest next week" and then another message saying she sent me $200... Blocked promptly!

Don’t fall for this. I’ve received texts from this number claiming I have a cash app sent and to click the link that is provided. This link takes me absolutely nowhere so I am very sure it’s a scam.

Received a text from this number claiming to be cash app and that i spent 21. 97 at kwik trip.

They are scammerz... The only way to contact Cash App is via email.

It’s cash app, this number sends me notifications whenever someone sends me money

Text legitimately came from Cash App. Scammer was trying to get me to send them money via Cash App. I opened the app without clicking any links and the requests in the multiple texts I got were indeed there. I declined and reported the requests via the app.

Received a text saying “$200 was added to your account. Your balance is now $216. 46”, but CashApp shows no such activity or balance. Seems like they’re phishing for a callback without asking directly for one.

Someone sent me money from the cash app I confirmed, I didn't click any links it didn't ask me to click on anything I just got a text saying that the money was received, From this number, Didn't ask me to do anything.

Sent a fraudulent message stating that someone I don't know requested money and to click on the link to accept or decline. I don't have the cash app - this is clearly fraud.

Anytime i send or receive money via cashapp, I get a text. The texts just say"you sent so and so x amount of dollars" or "so and so sent you x amount of dollars" no links, That's it.

Also a scam clue is that they texted after midnight for something that supposedly happened 15 days ago. I ignored it and deleted the text.

It’s a cashapp number. All the people who say it’s a scam are wrong. The real people just accidentally sent it to your number rather than someone else.
