I received a call/voicemail from this number, yesterday. While researching to see if it was a scam, a lady from the local FedEx hub called from a local number. We do in fact have a pending FedEx delivery with an incorrect address. Before I said anything, she was able to give me my husband’s name and our address with a couple of erroneous numbers at the end. It’s safe.
They called and left a voicemail. Left a number code. I called back, gave them the number code. They told me there was an address error for a package from (specific company I was expecting package from). Got the error fixed. I went and checked the Fedex tracking for the package and there was an update made that said "Address corrected".
These commenters... It's a scam because the hours are "suspicious", or because they have an accent? Are you stupid? Nearly every huge company outsources thes
I happen to know that I have no packages coming. A guy with a heavy accent left a very long message, but I also heard him yawning. He was definitely reading a script. Total scam.
I got a call from this number (833-372-5185) with the same claim as everyone else; they claimed to be Fedex Ground, Had my name and had trouble delivering a package because they had the wrong address. I was left with Case Number 5287827. I didn't answer the call because the caller came up as Potential Scam on my iphone, So I just let it ring to voicemail. The big tipoff for me (aside from my iphone alert) was that the voice message said that their hours of operation was 10 am to 10 pm, MY LOCAL
This is not a complaint. This number is real. Earlier this week I had a voicemail from a guy at this number saying they were having trouble delivering my fedex package. We've moved offices recently and this is a common occurance, Plus I was expecting a fedex delivery the same day. So I called back and had them change the address to my home address. When I got off the phone and looked up the number, I saw these complaints and got concerned. I decided not to worry about it and see if the package a
Took call saying I had an undeliverable Fed Ex package. Gave me a very old address and asked for an updated on. They claim they will deliver it tomorrow. I don’t know what to think, I’m not expecting anything from FedEx.
Lots of comments on this number and I must say my experience would lead me to believe it is a scam, But it did not turn out that way.
I got a voicemail from a person with a heavy spanish accent, I heard FedEx and something about a tracking ID. Instructions were to call between 10 and 10 Mon-Sat so I called next day at 11. Got a voicemail telling me that the lines are only open from 2 til 10 so I thought Scam! Until last night when I got a call from my local FedEx office trying to deliver
I was told it was FedEx Ground and a shipment could not be delivered. When I asked who sent me the order, I was told there was no name. I've been called on two separate days.
I wondered about this call that came on my husband's cell phone. It is from Fed Ex Delivery that handles packages that they believe have a bad address. In my case the address is within a senior living complex and does not show on google maps. They look up the address and start trying to find a phone number associated with it, Since some companies do not include your phone number on the package. That explained how they came up with my husband's cell phone as he had recently changed to a new ca
I received this call suspiciously labelled as "United States" and they left a message that they were unable to deliver a package. I called back, Gave them the "unique identifier" they left on their message, And they pulled-up all my information and read it off to me - a package I was fully expecting - with some unique information on the label. After they read everything back, I told them only that there was one small item wrong. They had "Street" instead of "Drive", And where I live, That's
Scam call. Their normal business hour is 2pm-10pm. Which legitimate company has those hours????? It’s also not the same kind of recording as the real FEDEX company.
