Text msg said it was from ambetter (insurance) wanting to confirm an appointment with AdventHealth. I did click the link. Had "2nd Level" authentication, but that was a code sent to the same phone nr as this txt msg. Further on they asked for an electronic signature to authorize "Telemed," and that's when I bailed out and closed the webpage.
Just made an appointment to see AdventHealth physician. Next day, got text to pre-pay and gave link. Do NOT hit link!. I called the physician's office and gave them my insurance info. Staff says they usually take insurance info on day of initial visit. Text from (1-833-339-0780) is probably a scam per other reviews! Appreciate everyone's past input.
Text message saying I owe them $49 thousand dollars. I know this was a paid claim, so it is just a spam. Do not click on the links. I did not click on the links.
Advent Health wanting me to complete registration for my emergency visit. Two text send with different links. A 3rd text stating I'm responsible for $295. 54... LOL! I researched the number 833-339-0780 and found the name Shanea Lopeman attached to the number. Who knows if they even know or if this is the actual owner... I figured to put it out there in case someone else wants to do their research. It's spam.
I got a sms from them saying that I can check in for my appointment and they included a very legitimate looking link to a "mychart" account. I dont have an account with them so this is a scam.
Text message received, claiming billing from Advent Health, even with a claimed mychart link. I have no insurance with anything remotely close to Advent Health
