Wanting me to give me info, so they could give me a 1. 99% rate. Funny thing I don't have a Capital One credit call. Looks like their just hoping to get people that might have one and then get their info. Beware.

This is a scam. My Caller ID from 659-209-XXXX left a message asking to call Marilyn in underwriting at 800-977-7504 to reduce my Capital One interest rate. After calling Capital One directly I was told they would never call.

Underwriting department of Capital One suggests that the interest rate can be reduced to 1. 9%. Don't believe it, as they don't even authenticate you.

Scam credit card interest rate deduction call which left a recorded message on my voicemail - supposedly Capital One. Return call number left on voicemail is (800) 977-7504 but call shows as originating from (262) 683-0064.
