"Robert" called - said he was with Fifth Third Fraud Dept. We kept hanging up - He kept calling back - said there was a $250 charge on account from another state. We called him out on this being a scam and he lost it! Thanks to others who posted on this number so we didn't taken

Caller said he was from Fifth Third Fraud Dept. Calling about a suspicious charge on my account. Asks questions about the charge and then asks questions to verify my account, like address, soc sec, etc. DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY INFORMATION. Caller is convincing and I lost $2, 000 before I hung up! I am embarrassed that I fell for it. This guy is good!
