Was told to call through my USAA app as I had account issues, Asked what company I was looking for, Said USAA, Transferred to another text to speech saying please hang up now then this creepy eerie static noise, then it says to hang up now once more and hangs up on its own Like XXXXXX is this

Claiming that my cloud has been compromised. I hung up called from another phone the number that was listed 1 800 922 XXXX. The message then said that number has been changed to 800 712 9200. This scam telemarketing XXXX XXXX needs to stop
