They are definitely scamming- sadly I started to fall for it and quickly ended the help. Net screen - gosh I hope I wasn’t to late though. I was trying to get help connecting my printer and he wanted to help me with my spyware telling me that my printer was hacked and that’s why it wasn’t working. It’s all XXXXX.
