These people just want your money I already have a home warranty through American home shield Selling a home warranty has nothing to do with your mortgage company called them regarding a final notice that looked like was from my mortgage company. Had mortgage company name on letter marked final notice

Scam letter received. It said *Final Notice*.. This was their first time ever contacting me though. The letter claims my home warranty is expired. I logged on to my home warranty account and it was still very much active with 8 month still remaining in my plan.
