This number showed on my caller ID on my cell phone and went to voice mail. The voice mail was from a lady who could barley speak english and stated she was with the investigation department of the social security administration and left a return phone number of 770-881-8026. That was all that was said. I returned the call from a different phone number just to see what would happen. The same lady picked up on the first ring and said "social security administration department" and I hung up. Just
