The space between the city & state info on the caller ID screen (pushing the text to the edges) is generally a red flag that it's spam/a robocall. In this case, the phone didn't ring long enough (only 3 rings!) for the call to go to voicemail (which also suggests a robocall system -- as does the lack of any legit sounding results in a Google search for the #).
