I am a teacher in Colorado. Caller called into my classroom and others in my building. Correctly identified my principal by name and said my principal gave the caller my number and extension. I asked to call back for their "interview" as I was in the middle of teaching (which they did, I just didn't pick up). I followed up with my principal and no such authorization was given. Scam.

They claimed to be CARE OREGON. Why would CARE OREGON be a phone number from Pennsylvania? Nah, this is a scam. I called the number back and it had an automated system voice recording saying they weren't available, so I hung up and blocked the number immediately.
