Caution
Msg says that they will charge your account $400 to renew something. When called they take your name from caller ID and then tell you you have to renew your antivirus subscription. When pressed they told me to cancel it by going to their website. They couldn't tell me my account number or account they were charging only that I had the software if I was calling. They refused to cancel the subscription over the phone.
