Free spam call blocker

This robocall keeps calling GM Financial and leaving voicemails stating that they can relieve student loan debt. The calls are not addressed to any one employee and when I spoke with a rep named Corey, I told him to remove any phone number they have for GMF and asked if he knows they are calling General Motors Financial? He told me he can't remove our companies number
