I got the exact same car from somebody at EMI saying that they had made their last attempt to deliver a package and then I needed to contact this person so they could make their final attempt so I can sign some sort of document

“Hello this is Amy calling from _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ I have a delivery agent out there again to the property address on file and he was unsuccessful in getting somebody to sign the documents today our contact is 678-388-9640 we will only be able to make one more attempt before we return your _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ to comply again the number is 678-388-9640…”

Amy trying to serve papers against property, Could not understand name of company, Sounded like Air, Left call back number 678-388-9640.

Just had this recording call me saying they tried to delivery papers "to the property" I live in a huge apartment building.. Nice try.

Same as others have reported. Said somebody had come by to obtain signatures and the documents would be returned and notated as uncooperative. Whatever. It’s COVID. We’re all home all the time. Nobody came by. Conclusion = Scam

Same thing. Failure to comply. Blah blah blah. Tried to call back. Had me verify the “last two digits on my social” and couldn’t get past that bc the automated system said another name anyway for my number.

Received voicemail from "Amy at EMI" stating that she had a delivery agent out again to get documents signed. They can only make one more attempt before they return my file for failure to comply. LOL. Scammer-don't call them back.

I just had this same call happen with the same voicemail message from Amy at EMI about a delivery agent. I've been home all day and have security cameras as well. Only one person rang my doorbell today and it wasn't this person.

Amy left message claiming haven't been able to make contact and they will attempt one more time to make contact in person before the account is non-compliant. Made the appointment and they didn't show. Called and was unable to reach case manager Sean ext. 107

Amy EMI I returned the call within a minute and all of a sudden all reps are busy or they are closed. No one attempted to deliver anything, I'm sitting right here looking out my window! Stop the scams!

Left a voicemail saying it was 'Amy from EMI' and saying there was a failed delivery to my house. The voicemail left a callback number that was not the same as the caller ID. Seems like a scam, Google confirms it. I didn't call back.

Caller left voicemail saying it was amy from EMI and there was a delivery agent at my house unable to deliver documents and if I didn't call back than they would do something like state it was a refusal. It was all B. S... Just Google EMI voicemail... They use a bunch of different numbers.. Sone with 417 area codes
