Caller asked if I could assist in helping her look up a customer who has disputed a charge with chime...I said NO we are corporate for 1 and for 2 just have my customer call me directly... She asked for my name and hung up. If our customers dispute a charge they usually dispute it in person/over the phone and put a complaint in through the company... No bank will call the merchant like this lady just tried
Caller says he's calling from a customer's bank about a disputed charge. Yeah, right. Banks NEVER call the merchant. Not sure what the scam is but would love to know.
Called saying that they were from a bank, saying that their customer had filed a "destitsia" for a purchase from us they didn't recognize. Gave me an e-mail address and charge amount to look up, then seemingly hung up on me on while I had her on hold while I was trying to look it up, because I picked back up to dead silence
Unprofessional XXXXX! Said she was from a bank and they received a dispute and wanted to confirm the double charge on my end. Then I said customer should call us instead. And said "bobo ka" you XXXXX! I can understand you XXXXX XXXX!
Called and hang up the first time... This was obviously to get a name of the organization.
