This is a legit phone number with the Enid Police Department.

Picked up the phone. Said it was a 911 operator and they got a call from my number. They asked if we had an emergency and asked for my name. Then they ended the call after I said It must have been an accidental dial. It seemed innocent enough but then again, you never know. Trying to figure out if this number really belongs to the city or emergency operations or if it's a scammer somehow.
