Caller hung up (or was blocked, or was a robocaller) on the 4th ring, just as I was picking up to tell the XXXXX to cease and desist. The calls from this area code and exchange seem to be going up in numerical order of the last 4 digits (I've gotten 5 or 6 in the past 2 weeks). One site had a report that it was a political robocall (if so, the bozo just wasted his money -- I don't live in his district. Or EVEN IN HIS STATE. What a dumb@ss.
