See who's calling

Tracing this number comes back to a fake Turkish government website. This individual has called me, I didn’t answer and they called my mothers phone from another phone number from the same fake website. She didn’t answer. Two days later, they texted me from another number linked to the same website asking about personal daily activities which have just occurred. Maybe my network is compromised? This is def. A hacker though.
