Free spam call blocker

Not sure where this number is coming from I'm not sure if it's a scam or not but I get all these numbers for disability but the funny thing is when I call this phone number and try looking it up it says Sheriff's Office I mean I don't know but at the same time when I called back the number it said the line said hold on disability office how could it be disability office I have nothing to do with disability is nothing wrong with me and for months people been calling me for disability I think it's
