It calls and leaves no voice mail and doesn’t respond when you answer it

I received 6 calls on December 30 from this number. I did not recognize the number so I did not answer it. I have already received 2 calls this morning. I have blocked this number.

They called asking for my "red white and blue" medicaid card. When I told them I didn't have one, They hung up. I called back and went through the same thing. When I called again and said I was keeping them on the phone for as long as possible because I suspected fraud they hung up the phone. At least 3 women involved in this operation.
