Caller's ID # appeared as Bank of America Customer Service and caller identified himself as a BOA security person wanting to know if I had made a recent Zelle transfer. It became clear that this was a fraudulent call. He must have thought he was much smarter than I when he tried to talk me into adding a 9-digit number to the "SEND" space on Zelle "to undo any theft from my Zelle account." Oh PLEASE! Steer clear of this creep - and don't trust Customer ID!
