Free spam call blocker

I got this call today, Someone said our computer security software is about expired, And they will charge $299. They called on my cell phone, We never used my cell phone number for our computer issue. So I told the lady I don't have a computer, Then she hang up.

When I picked up, Nobody said a word so I hung up after a few seconds. When returning the call from a different phone, I got a voice message saying "we know your time is important..." with background music - usually the type of recording when you're on hold - and 3 seconds later the call was disconnected. No mention of what company it was.
