Called 12/8/20 (didn't answer) and 12/9/20 answered claiming to be Xfinity and had my name, My cell phone and knew about a device I have. He asked me to do some functions with the remote which I wouldn't. I told the person they called yesterday and they didn't know. Hung up, Reported to Xfinity, Definitely not them, Reported to their security and blocked number. Definitely a SCAM or hack.
