Free caller ID

The person that called me from this number ask for myself by first and last name and also asked for my father-in-law by first name only. He was very rude when I asked him why he was calling he told me all I had to do was get who he was asking for. I told him that I would be glad to get them once I found out why he was calling my number. To which he said you don't have to do anything sir just get them to call me back.
