A man with an Indian accent called me pretending to be an agent from the U.S. Immigration service telling me someone used my name to make an international financial fraud and the way they were talking was pretty threatening. Like saying doesn't matter if you are in the US or not, or this call is being recorded, etc. This is definitely a fraud.

Caution
A lady speaking English with Indian accent called me pretending to be an agent from U.S. Immigration Services telling me that someone used my name to get a Chinese passport. I hung up. She called me again and started to threaten me. I hung up, reported the number as a scam, and blocked it.
